Originally conceived as T-shirt art for SEMA 2009, this Chip Foose illustration was developed as a concept for a mild modification to the new Camaro. Who knows, maybe one day Chip will build this car and add it to his stable!
This once-rusting hulk was completely rebuilt in seven days by Chip Foose and team on TLC's "Overhaulin'." Owned by Dave Killacky, a close friend of Jay Leno who was in on the prank, the wagon was reborn with new suspension components, new paint, a new interior and a new 502-cubic-inch crate motor from GM.
From TLC's "Overhaulin'," this 1967 Camaro was completely transformed in a week by Chip Foose and crew. It features a Hotchkis suspension, a GM small block crate motor, leather interior and custom body and paintwork. Distinctive rally stripes and custom Foose wheels with Pirelli tires complete this beauty.
Once owned by Chip's father Sam, and now owned by Chip, the '56 Big Window has been part of the Foose family for more than 40 years. Chip was completely caught off-guard when the crew of Overhaulin' pranked him by "stealing" his truck and rebuilding it based on Chip's drawings. The crew, led by Chip's dad, noted fabricator Sam Foose, carried out multiple subtle body modifications. This is the vehicle Chip learned to drive on!
Designed by legendary hot rod designer Chip Foose, the WD-40/SEMA Cares Foose Challenger has power, style and attitude. Leading automotive aftermarket manufacturers pitched in to give this custom 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8 exceptional performance to compliment its distinctive Foose look.
The WD-40/SEMA Cares Foose Challenger appeared at the SEMA Show, San Diego International Auto Show and Silicon Valley International Auto Show before being auctioned at the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction Jan. 15-22 in Scottsdale, Ariz. At auction, the vehicle received a winning bid from Khaled Alsaud of $115,000 and all proceeds went to support Childhelp® and The Victory Junction Gang® Camp children’s charities!

A lot of work goes into building a custom vehicle, and the WD-40®/SEMA Cares Foose Challenger is no exception. We wanted to build a one-of-a-kind vehicle with a dynamic look and exceptional performance that could be auctioned off for a good cause. With the help of Chip Foose and others, and a lot of WD-40 Multi-Use Product, we got the job done.
